  As part of our due diligence, we checked out several prospective law firms before settling on Jim Hyatt’s to handle our estate planning needs. Why? Well, unlike the large firms we met with, we felt Jim and his staff offered us a level of personalized service that would be hard to match. And since he’s a one-attorney firm, we knew that we wouldn’t be passed off to some fresh-out-of-school clerk for ‘processing’ once a senior partner had sealed the deal. We were also impressed by Jim's estate planning knowledge and, just as importantly, his incredible patience in answering our many questions. We felt that Jim had the competency and experience to guide us in preparing an estate plan that met our specific requirements. In short, it was money well spent. We strongly recommend Jim Hyatt and his firm.
